Virtual Services Appointment Request

Virtual support is a great way to get support as you go. We utilize the Zoom app to connect to you on your PC and to provide assistance as needed. We can help with anything from basic tasks, to troubleshooting issues you may be experiencing. In many cases we can also perform routine maintenance and even malware removal. We are now providing services to all of Massachusetts and Key West, FL.

Steps to request are easy and you will not be charged until the appointment occurs. Current Rate is: $85 per one-hour session. This is great for basic support and troubleshooting.

Fill out all required information
Click Submit and proceed to appointment selection page.
Choose a date and time for your appointment.
Once the request has been received and approved, you will be sent an invoice for payment. This must be paid anytime prior to your appointment start time.
